Mark Jontz

Mark Jontz has spent 25+ years in Okanagan real estate with Royal LePage Kelowna, where he was the first inductee into the brokerage's Chairman's Hall of Fame. Across his career he's handled thousands of transactions throughout the Central Okanagan — Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland.

That means knowing which land jurisdiction applies to a specific park, which lenders will actually finance a home there, and what a sale genuinely involves before a client ever makes an offer.

Mark works directly alongside each park's management, lawyers and notaries handling the legal side, and — where reserve land is involved — the relevant First Nation's own processes, to make sure nothing about a transaction is assumed rather than confirmed.
