The short version: Westview Village is the largest manufactured home community we've mapped anywhere in the Central Okanagan — 276 units, managed by Compass Communities, on a 125-year Westbank First Nation lease running to February 2151. One detail here matters more than almost anywhere else in our directory: the park holds a contractual Right of First Refusal on resale.
Pad rent and sections
Pad rent ranges from about $620 to $700/month depending on which part of the park a unit is in — Westview has a distinct, lower-priced "family section" alongside its standard 18+ section.
Age restriction
18+.
What "Right of First Refusal" actually means for sellers
Westview Village's lease gives the park itself the right to buy a home back before it can be sold to an outside buyer, on the same terms you've negotiated with your buyer. In practice, this means: once you have an accepted offer, the park gets a window to match it and take the home themselves instead of letting the sale to your buyer proceed. This is an unusual provision — most parks in our directory don't have it — and it's genuinely important to understand and plan around before listing a home here, not something to discover partway through a sale.
Pets
Up to 2 dogs or 2 cats are allowed, no vicious breeds.
