Pineridge Estates is a 132-unit manufactured home community at 1860 Boucherie Road in West Kelowna, on Westbank First Nation land. Like Pine Villa and Golden Homes nearby, Pineridge Estates does not have a formal headlease registered on file.
Pets require park approval, and rentals are not permitted. Pineridge is managed by the same company (RMD Group) that manages Golden Homes and Pine Villa — all three sit along the same stretch of Boucherie Road.
