Pine Villa is a 31-unit manufactured home community at 3585 Elk Road in West Kelowna, on Westbank First Nation land. Unlike most of the parks we cover, Pine Villa does not have a formal headlease registered — the land arrangement with WFN is structured without one on file, similar to a handful of other smaller parks in this market.
Pets are allowed — one dog or two cats, subject to park approval — and rentals are permitted subject to park approval as well. This is a smaller, relatively quiet community compared to some of the larger parks nearby on Boucherie Road.
