The short version: Okanagan Villa Manufactured Home Park is on McCurdy Road in Rutland North, on regular BC provincial land, with pad rent around $600 a month.
Don't confuse this with Okanagan Mobile Villa. There are two separately named, separately located parks with very similar names in the Rutland North area: Okanagan Villa Manufactured Home Park (this page, 670 McCurdy Road) and Okanagan Mobile Villa (1132 Findlay Road). They are not the same community — double-check the address before making an offer or contacting a park manager.

Okanagan Villa sits on regular BC provincial/municipal land, not a First Nations reserve. BC's Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act applies as normal — see our full land jurisdiction guide for context.
