It's one of only two manufactured home parks we've confirmed in this specific part of Kelowna — most of the market is concentrated in West Kelowna and Lake Country, so SE Kelowna options are genuinely limited.
Land & Jurisdiction
Lakecity sits on regular BC provincial/municipal land — not a First Nations reserve.
