Jubilee is a 145-unit manufactured home community at 2005 Boucherie Road in West Kelowna, on Westbank First Nation land. It's one of the larger parks in our directory, with a headlease running to May 19, 2104.
Jubilee has two policies worth knowing before you shop here: no dogs are permitted at all, and rentals are not allowed. If either of those matters to you, this isn't the right community.
Financing is also a real consideration at Jubilee specifically — lending is limited, with Peace Hills Trust essentially the only lender willing to finance a home here.
